Pactello stores account details, contract content, signing activity, and email delivery records needed to operate the service. Signed contract files are retained for the configured retention period and then deleted by the service.

We use service providers for hosting, storage, email delivery, and payments. We do not sell personal information.

Account owners can download their Pactello data at any time. Account deletion becomes permanent after a 30-day cancellation period and removes the account's local profile, templates, contracts, history, and stored files. Payment providers may retain transaction records required for billing, fraud prevention, and legal obligations under their own policies.
